How I Work
My approach combines Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), two evidence-based methods that focus on practical, meaningful change. Rather than dwelling only on the past, we work together to understand the patterns that shape how you think, feel, and respond, and to build clear, actionable steps toward the life you want.
Whether you're navigating challenges on your own or working through something with a partner, my goal is to create a space where you feel heard without judgment. Sessions are collaborative and grounded in your goals, whether that means improving how you communicate with others, finding more balance in your career, or building a healthier relationship with yourself.
